1. About these terms
Orbit VPN is provided by Orbit Tech Lab ("we", "us"). By installing the browser extension or the Android app, creating an account, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Orbit VPN.
2. What Orbit VPN does
- The browser extension sends your browser's traffic through one of our servers over an encrypted connection. It protects that browser only, not other apps on your device.
- The Android app sends your phone's traffic through one of our servers using a WireGuard VPN tunnel.
A VPN hides your IP address from the sites you visit and protects your traffic on the way to our servers. It does not make you anonymous, and it does not protect you from malware, phishing, or what you choose to share with a site.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live. You may not use Orbit VPN where VPN services are prohibited by law, or if you are in a country or on a list that our own laws forbid us to serve.
4. Your account
The free plan works without an account. Premium needs one. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
5. The free plan
The free plan gives you the locations marked Free for 60 minutes a day, on one device at a time. The Android app shows ads on the free plan and lets you watch a short ad to add time, up to a daily limit. We may change these limits; the current ones are always shown on the pricing page.
6. Premium
- What you get. Every location, no time limit, no ads, and up to 5 devices connected at the same time.
- Renewal. Premium is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period (one month, one year or two years, depending on your plan) at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from My account. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Plans bought in the Android app are cancelled in Google Play, under Subscriptions.
- Refunds. See the refund policy.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Taxes. Prices may have sales tax or VAT added where the law requires it.
A plan is for one person or household. You may not resell it or share your login publicly.
7. What you must not do
You may not use Orbit VPN to:
- break the law, or harm, harass or defraud anyone;
- send spam, or run scans, attacks or malware against other systems;
- share material that sexually exploits children;
- infringe someone else's copyright or other rights;
- get around the free plan's limits, for example by creating devices or accounts in bulk;
- overload, probe or interfere with our servers, or use the service for automated bulk traffic.
We keep no activity logs, so we do not monitor what you do. If we learn of abuse in another way, for example from a complaint tied to an active connection, we may suspend or close the account involved.
8. Availability
We work to keep Orbit VPN fast and available, but we do not promise that every location will always be online, that speeds will be constant, or that every website or streaming service will work through the VPN. We may add, move or remove locations. If we remove a location you depend on and nothing similar is available, contact us about a refund for the unused part of your plan.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Orbit VPN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of a paid plan.
10. Our responsibility to you
Orbit VPN is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using Orbit VPN after that date means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Orbit Tech Lab is established, without taking away the protection that the consumer law of your own country gives you. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.
