Is Orbit VPN free?
Yes. The free plan gives you the free locations for 60 minutes a day, with no account and no card. In the Android app you can watch a short ad to add more time. Premium removes all limits.
Does the browser extension protect my whole device?
No. The extension protects traffic from your browser only. For your whole phone, use the Orbit VPN Android app.
Does Orbit VPN keep logs?
We don't record the sites you visit, the content of your traffic or your DNS lookups, and we don't store the IP address you connect from. We keep a small connection record (which server, when, and how much data) for 30 days so the free time limit and the device limit can work. The privacy policy has the details.
Which devices does Orbit VPN work on?
Chrome and Microsoft Edge on a computer, through the browser extension, and Android phones and tablets through the app. One account works on all of them, with up to 5 devices connected at once on Premium.
Which locations can I use?
Free users can connect to the locations marked Free above. Premium unlocks every country, and new locations are added to Premium at no extra cost.
What is a virtual location?
You get an IP address registered in that country, while your traffic runs through our nearest server. The apps show this as "Virtual · via Mumbai", for example, so you always know where the server really is.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. See our refund policy.
